BizPulse ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect your name, business name, email address, website URL, and Google Analytics Property ID when you sign up. We also collect payment information through our payment processor, Stripe, which handles all billing securely.
We use your information solely to provide the BizPulse service — generating and delivering your weekly website performance reports. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
With your permission, BizPulse accesses your Google Analytics data in read-only mode. We use this data only to generate your weekly report. We never modify your Analytics account or share your data with anyone.
All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS. API credentials are stored encrypted and are never exposed publicly. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data is removed from our active systems within 30 days.
