BizPulse offers three subscription tiers:

All plans include a 14-day free trial. Your card will not be charged until the trial period ends. Billing is monthly and recurring. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account portal at bizpulse.solutions/portal or by emailing support@bizpulse.solutions. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, but we will never charge you after you cancel.

If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from receiving your reports for more than two consecutive weeks and we are unable to resolve it, you are entitled to a prorated refund for that period upon request.

BizPulse provides information and analysis tools. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue increase, or improvement in website performance. Our reports are based on your actual Google Analytics data and are provided for informational purposes only.

BizPulse's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Service Availability

We aim to deliver reports every Monday morning. Occasional delays may occur due to technical issues, Google Analytics API outages, or other factors outside our control. If a report is delayed, it will be delivered as soon as possible and we will notify you by email.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of BizPulse after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
